The VaporFi Vox 60 TC is an impressive box mod. It boasts capabilities that will be appreciated by beginners and experts alike. Even though it has quite a few features available, it is also quite simple to use. The Vox 60 TC only has three buttons you need to concern yourself with. The Firing button, and the + and – Temperature and Wattage settings. The Vox 60 TC settings are nicely displayed on a crystal clear OLED side panel screen.
The mod fits perfectly in the palm of the hand and it feels very natural when it is being held. It can easily be slid into a pocket and the portability of this mod is a huge plus. The zinc alloy construction makes it feel solid and even after dropping it a few times, it still works like a charm.
VaporFi Vox 60 TC Review
The VaporFi Vox 60 TC is a compact temperature control box mod.
It’s interesting to note that the VaporFi Vox 60W TC is actually much smaller than the weaker Vox 50 TC , yet roughly the same height as the now obsolete Vox 100 TC but much thinner. Take a look at this pic below to see the size comparison between the devices.
Bypass / Mechanical Mode
You have the option of vaping the VaporFi Vox 60 TC in direct output mode as if using a mechanical mod. Simply toggle the wattage (using the “+”) up to 60W and then press the “+” one more time. You know you’re in the Bypass mode when the OLED display shows “mecha” with an arrow pointing to the voltage. When the Vox 60 is in this mode, it will be forced to output the exact voltage and not base the output on battery strength. This is great for folks wanting to vape an RDA, but it should not be used with a TC atomizer.

Vox 60 TC Resistance and Temperature Specs
The Vox 60 TC accepts atomizer resistance from a super low 0.1Ω to a high of 3.5Ω using standard coils. Ni 200/Ti coil resistance levels range from 0.05Ω to 1.0Ω. When using the Vox 60 in Temperature Control (TC) mode, you can adjust the temperature settings between 200F-600F (100C-300C).
Vox 60 TC Power and Battery Specs
This box produces a moderate level of power. There are plenty of boxes on the market that can reach over 100 watts and unregulated box mods can produce an enormous amount of power. However, some people find these high levels of power unnecessary. In fact, I rarely go higher than 45 watts on my devices and even then the vapor production can be excessive. The VaporFi Vox 60W TC can be adjusted from a minimum of 7 watts to a maximum of 60 watts. Wattage output is adjustable in 0.5W increments so you can fine tune that sweet spot for whatever eJuice you are using. Output voltage ranges from 3.0V to 8.0V and the maximum output current is 24.5 amps.
The VaporFi Vox 60W TC utilizes dual internal 2600 mAh Li-Po batteries that will last for most of the day. Depending on how much you vape, you may have to recharge the device within 6 to 8 hours of consistent use. There are good news and bad news to this. The Vox 60W TC has a micro USB input on the bottom of the device for charging, but it does not have pass-through capability. In other words, you can’t vape and charge at the same time. So while you are charging, you will need to use another device. The good news is that it take an extremely short time – less than two hours, to fully charge your Vox 60W TC.

Optional vSix Sub Ohm Tank
The Vox 60w TC was tested with the vSix sub ohm tank, which is a tank option if you choose to purchase the Vox 60 starter kit. Additional Vaporfi Vox 60 tc starter kit tank choices include the vShock tank or the Volt tank. You can check out my review of the Volt here.
The vSix is probably the sexiest and best cloud producing tank in the VaporFi lineup. It is a top filling tank that works like a charm. In fact, it’s probably the most functional top filling tank I have. The tank itself holds an amazing 6ml of eJuice and trust me, you need it – because this tank can vaporize a lot of juice fast. The flavor is superb and the clouds are abundant.
The vSix also has the ability to control eJuice flow to the OCC coil. All you have to do is rotate the top of the tank left or right to set the desired juice hole size. You can see the amount by looking inside the tank window.
The vSix tanks comes with a .45Ω OCC, a .25Ω OCC and a .25Ω Ni 200 OCC.
This is VaporFi’s best selling device in the Vox family. It is compact in size, provides a formidable amount of power and packed with the latest features. Throw a vSix tank on the Vox 60 and you will be in vapors paradise. The superb customer service provided by VaporFi and a 30 day money back guarantee makes this an easy choice.
